Instructions: Before taking a bath or shower, apply a thick layer over the entire body or those skin areas needing special attention such as dry elbows, knees or heels of the foot. Leave on until a slight dry or cracking effect appears in the mud, but no longer than twenty minutes. Remove mud with warm wet towel or wet loofah. Rinse well with warm water to remove all mud from body. For best results, apply once a week.
Note: For external use only, try mud on a small area prior to applying to entire body, for all skin types are different. Do not apply mud to eyes, open sores or wounds.
