Although DollarDays International has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan.
We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent.
When that happens, we have the following returns policy.
Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.
DollarDays International guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items.
You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive it.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS.
Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened.
No partial returns will be accepted.
All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by DollarDays International to be returned to DollarDays International shall be at the customer's expense.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
This policy is strictly enforced.
"Closeout Corner" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned.
Due to safety reasons, food shall not / will not be returned for any reason. All food sales are final.
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, adult novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.
Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. Seller will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items in our sexual wellness categories. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery.

The liability of DollarDays International for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s).
DollarDays International shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject
to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
An order of customized garments or items that has been screen printed or embroidered cannot be returned because we cannot return the items to our wholesale distributors.
If your final product arrives and you believe it is different than what you signed off on, please contact your sales representative immediately.
We will review the complete order with an internal investigation and determine if your instance qualifies for an order reproduction.
